• Flat Rate $80.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days to prepare the clone for shipping within the continental USA. A tracking number is emailed once the label is scanned and your new clone will be sent overnight delivery to minimize transport stress.

No.  Unfortunately, we only ship in the US

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped.  Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

Always try to retrieve your snip as soon as possible after it has been delivered. Once you have opened the package, if the snip somehow looks to be in bad shape, email us a picture and description of the problem within 24 hours of the package arriving. This will allow us to log that there is an issue with the order. If you do not reach out within 24 hours of delivery, the claim will not be considered. Keep in mind transportation places a bit of stress on snips, but almost always they will bounce back within a few days if you take good care of them. If they do not bounce back and end up dying, reach out to us again with an updated photo and description of what happened, and our team will more than likely replace your item. This will only be done one time, so make sure that you are available to accept your snip as soon as possible after it has been delivered.

No. You are provided with tracking information so that you can ensure someone is available to receive your new snip. If your snip dies because it was left out in bad weather conditions, that is not the fault of Seeds n Snips.
